In her role as Brand Ambassador, Kim is responsible for increasing brand awareness, growth and customer loyalty. With an NPS2 Certification from the Net Promoter Academy, Kim also assists our agents with NPS integration for their agencies. 

Kim earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University, and has been working in the insurance industry ever since starting out as a sales agent for Progressive while in college! After graduation, Kim moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan to work for Westfield Insurance, where she spent four years as a territory manager quoting and underwriting commercial risks for independent agents. Most recently, Kim worked as a Sales Manager at Nationwide Insurance, managing client growth and marketing plans and running all virtual training material development and social media support for company owned stores.

In her free time, Kim loves spending time with her kids, going to the beach and being active outdoors!

What makes a good partner?
A good partner communicates. That includes listening. A good partner follows through on what they say they are going to do, and is honest and genuine.

What do you love about Indium?
The positive energy here is contagious! Everyone has a can-do attitude. Decisions are made in the best interest of the customer and everyone is working toward one goal.

What was your first job?
I got my first job at the age of 14 at McDonald’s, of course. I remember my parents had to sign a work waiver, but all of my friends were there so it was the cool thing to do. I learned at a very early age the value of a dollar.

What could you never give up?
Working. I can’t see myself retiring! I love the constant go of the work environment; it energizes me.
