Two Ohio-based, independent agent-led organizations have come together in a strategic partnership to support the growth of the independent agency system. OIA, which has always had an ownership interest in Indium (formerly MarketSource), purchased a majority interest in Indium.

Indium is excited to announce a new business partnership with Encompass Insurance, one of the largest personal property and casualty insurance brands sold exclusively through a network of more than 2,400 independent agents.

We made some exciting changes to the format of our annual tradeshow in 2016. The agenda was full of interactive activities, including a free CE course, an engaging tradeshow with our company partners, and Indium exclusive educational breakout sessions with five of our company partners.

This year, we're excited to be taking our Indie Agent Expos on the road for a three-city tour. At our Indie Agent Expo, our agency partners will learn how to take advantage of the tools and resources that will make them the most knowledgeable, capable and valuable agents in the industry.
