1. In-Depth Producer Sales Assessment

Develop your winning sales plan and improve your sales effectiveness. We'll review what's working for the producer, what's not, and how to improve problem areas. Coaching is provided on product knowledge, sales influence, and target markets for your agency.

2. In-Person, Hands-On Training

Our professional sales coach, Louie Watson, will take you through his "Trench Coaching" program, including in-person role playing, cold calling, door-to-door sales, and an ongoing coaching plan for the next 12 months.

3. Goal Setting and Accountability

Build a territory game plan, including sales and prospecting goals, establish a calendar management plan, and begin the process of proactive prospecting.

4. One Year of Remote Sales Coaching

Louie will remotely meet with producers for 1 year for regular check-ins to give feedback and hold the attendee accountable for sales activity.  

5. Tangible and Measurable Action Plan

You will return to your agency with a one-page action plan. Why one page? Because it is measurable and memorable for daily use, and it produces results.
